When will I receive my return outcome?

Once your return has been delivered back to our warehouse we kindly ask you please allow 5-10 business days, exclusive of public holidays, for your return outcome to be processed and issued.

When will my return be processed?

Our returns fairy is usually pretty quick and will have your return processed within 1-3 business days of its arrival here at our warehouse, if all goes to plan.

How do I redeem my gift card?

Typically, once a return has been submitted, we're unable to make changes, but we'll try our very best to help! Please send us a message with your request for an amendment, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

Can I use a loyalty voucher/discount code when processing an exchange?

Unfortunately, no loyalty vouchers or discount codes can be used whilst performing an exchange. These are only valid on new purchases made.
