How do I receive a refund?Updated 5 months ago

We're thrilled to announce that refunds are now available! 🎉 To request a refund for online purchases, simply:

1. Visit our returns portal
2. Enter your order details
3. Select the item(s) to return and the reason
4. Choose "Return item for a store credit or choose something else" and then "Refund to original payment method."

Submit your return request!

You’ll receive a confirmation email—don’t forget to check your spam/junk folder. Send your order back at your earliest convenience, and once we receive it, our returns fairy will process your refund. YAY! 💫

Note: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of fulfillment and will be issued to your original payment method. T&C's apply.
