I have received the wrong item, what do I do next?Updated 8 months ago

Oh no! We are so sorry that this has happened. Our warehouse manager does run a tight ship, so this is a rare occurrence.

The good news is we have a new online returns portal now where you can lodge a return.

You can view our updated Return Policy here and you'll find a pink button on that page to begin your online return. 

When you are processing the return, there is an outcome where you can select 'I received the wrong item' and once approved by the returns team, we will provide you with a prepaid return label via email.
