Instant Exchange: why have I been charged?Updated a year ago

Did you opt for an instant exchange and are now wondering why you can see a 'charge' on your bank statement? 

No need to stress! Our system takes a temporary hold on your card for the value of the item(s) being returned, lets say as an insurance in the case we don't receive your item(s) back to us. 

Once your return parcel has been scanned into the couriers system the pending hold of funds will be released, this process can take between 1-2 business days to reflect in your account.

This payment will be sitting on your statement as pending and will only be charged if your return is not in the mail after 21 days of submitting your return request.
