How do I use my store credit?
To use your store credit, simply enter your unique 12-digit code into the 'Discount Code/Gift Voucher' section at checkout and the credit amount will be deducted from your final outcome.If you need a hand with this, please don't hesitate to reach out
Why can't I see the other payment methods?
Do you have Shop Pay set up with your email address perhaps?. Shop Pay is an express checkout that lets you save your email address, credit card, and shipping and billing information. If you have this set up, it skips over the payment screen which me
