Why can't I see the other payment methods?Updated 10 months ago

Do you have Shop Pay set up with your email address perhaps? 

Shop Pay is an express checkout that lets you save your email address, credit card, and shipping and billing information. If you have this set up, it skips over the payment screen which means you can't select an alternative payment method.

To avoid this, we'd recommend exiting out of the Shop Pay pop up and then all of our payment methods including, PayPal, ZipPay, AfterPay etc should pop up!
