Can I return or exchange an item purchased during the Black Friday sale?
You’re more than welcome to return any Black Friday purchase for an exchange or store credit. Our whole website is discounted during this period, so refunds aren’t eligible, and anything purchased from the final sale/clearance section can’t be return
What if the size I want to exchange for sells out?
If the size you’re after sells out before your exchange is processed, don’t worry! We’ll issue you a store credit instead so you can pick another piece you love! 💗
How long will it take for my return to be processed after the sale?
Please allow 5 - 10 business days for your return to be processed once it arrives at our warehouse. Our returns fairy will be working hard to get everything sorted as quickly as possible!
Is the returns window extended for Black Friday?
Yes! For the holiday season, we’re extending our returns period to make gifting easier!. Purchases made from the 25th of November can be returned up to the 31st of January. Plenty of time to try on, gift, and swap if needed ✨
