Great question! To check store availability, please send us a message or email at [email protected] with your preferred store, style and size and we'd love to check this for you!. We offer a 24-hour hold in store, excluding New Arrivals

When do you launch New Arrivals?

Shop all of our New Arrivals here! With new styles added every week, typically Tuesdays and Thursdays, and ranging from sizes 6 to 30AU, you'll be sure to find something you adore at Proud Poppy.

Do you have breastfeeding friendly options?

Yes we certainly have a great range of different breastfeeding-friendly options for our mummas! We'd love to help you find the perfect style for you, so just reach out.

How long is my gift card valid for?

Great question! Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue. We are certain you will find something you love soon 😍 If you need a hand finding your perfect style, send us a message or email at [email protected]

Can I purchase a gift-card?

You can also purchase a gift-card at one of our stores to obtain a physical gift-card.

Can I use multiple discount codes?

Only 1 x discount code/loyalty voucher can be applied per order

What payment methods do you offer?

We offer a variety of different payment options including Credit Card, PayPal, AfterPay, and ZipPay.

How do I keep my garment in the best shape?

To keep your garment in its best shape, we do recommend following the washing instructions online and on the garment tag. Usually, a cold hand wash is best!

Can I call the store?

Currently, our stores do not have phones, but you're more than welcome to call our HQ Monday to Friday 8am-4pm AEST on (03) 9000 0312 and we'd be happy to help!

Where are your products made?

We work with a variety of brands and manufacturers to bring our Proud Poppy pieces to life!. A lot of our styles are designed in Australia and made overseas and some pieces are made here too.

Do you offer wholesale?

At the moment we are only a retail store and do not have wholesale capabilities. We could definitely look at something like this in the future though!

Is there a minimum spend to use your Buy Now Pay Later services?

Nope! There is no minimum spend to use AfterPay, ZipPay etc.

Can you supply more information about a product?
