Yes! Store credits/Gift vouchers are considered a form of payment, so they can absolutely be used during the Black Friday sale.
Will I still earn loyalty points during Black Friday?
Yes! You will still earn Poppy Perks points on all purchases during our Black Friday sale, as long as you’re checking out using the email associated with your account. Points are calculated on the final amount paid after discounts and shipping costs.
Will I get early access as a Poppy Perks Rewards member?
Yes! Ride or Die + Gal Pals will receive exclusive early access to the sale before it goes live to the public. Keep an eye on your email for your early access link.
Can I redeem my Poppy Perks vouchers or points during Black Friday?
Reward vouchers cannot be redeemed/applied to any orders throughout Black Friday. But don’t worry, you’ll still earn points for all purchases made during the sale, so you’ll have even more rewards to spend after the sale.
Can I use my Birthday Reward during Black Friday?

Can I earn points on gift cards during Black Friday?
You won’t earn points when purchasing a gift card, but the lucky person who redeems it will earn points when they spend it.
If I return a Black Friday item, do I lose the points?
Yes. If you return an item you purchased during Black Friday, the points earned from that purchase will be automatically deducted from your account once the return is processed.
My voucher code isn’t working, what should I do?
Poppy Perks vouchers are unable to be redeemed during Black Friday. Your code will work again after the sale ends. If you’re unsure or need a hand, reach out to our friendly team at [email protected].
Can I refer a friend during Black Friday?
No. Refer a friend will not work during Black Friday. It will still be available on our website, so you can enter your friend’s email, but they will not be able to check out with their voucher until after the promotional period has ended.
Will my loyalty tier change after Black Friday?
You’ll keep earning toward the next tier as usual during Black Friday. If you spend enough during the sale period, you may notice you’ve gone up a tier, YAY! If this happens, we’ll send you an email with all the new benefits you’ve unlocked.
How do I check my loyalty tier and rewards?
Simply log in to your Poppy Perks account on the website or app. Then click “My Rewards” to view your current points balance, tier status, and any vouchers you have recently redeemed.
How does the extra points for 3 purchases work?
