What’s the difference between an Instant Refund and a Standard Refund?Updated a month ago

An Instant Refund (available to Australian customers) is processed straight away through Refundid, so you receive your refund immediately after completing a quick identity check - no need to wait for your return to arrive back with us. Your item still needs to be sent back using the prepaid return label provided.

A Standard Refund is processed once your return has been received at our warehouse and checked by our team. This option doesn’t require ID verification, but it does mean waiting for your parcel to arrive and be processed before your refund is issued.

Both options get you your refund - the difference is simply how quickly it happens.
