What’s the difference between an Instant Exchange and a Standard Exchange?Updated a month ago

An Instant Exchange (available to Australian customers) lets you lock in your new size or item straight away through Refundid. Your replacement order is created immediately, so there’s no need to wait for your return to arrive back with us. Your original item still needs to be sent back using the prepaid return label provided.

A Standard Exchange is processed once your return has been received at our warehouse and checked by our team. This option doesn’t require ID verification, but it does mean waiting for your parcel to arrive and be processed before your replacement is sent out.

Both options get your new item to you - an Instant Exchange just gets things moving sooner.
