Returns must be lodged per order. If you’re returning items from multiple orders, you’ll need to submit a separate return for each one through the portal.

Important: Returns with an Instant Refund or Instant Exchange cannot be combined and must be sent back separately using the correct label. Only regular (non-instant) returns can be combined.
